It all happened in 2005 when the two owners recovered some vineyards belonging to the Camaldolese monastery in Krakow Bielany. This is the brief but significant story of a young Polish company, a worthy witness to a place where the past intertwines with the present, and the vineyard lives again thanks to courage, passion, and resourcefulness.
