How are the wines offered for sale on Trecalici chosen?
Before being put on sale, each bottle is carefully selected by our team  which verifies clarity, color and  perlage in the  case of  wine with bubbles, you will find only perfect bottles from these points of view.

By entering your data on Trecalici.com you are safe. For more details read ours
  Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page.

Do I have to be registered on Trecalici.com to place an order?
No. You can also buy without registering.

How can I change my access data (email, password, etc.)?
Just click on your name that you find at the top right in the part dedicated to the header of the site. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you can change what you prefer. If you want to cancel your account write to us at

I would like to contact Trecalici or give suggestions: what should I do?
Your opinion is very important to us. Write to us

Can I cancel an order placed?
Once an order has been concluded and sent it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you have had any problems during your purchase, please write to us at
  info@trecalici.com  And  tell us what happened. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I return a product?
To find out the return procedure, consult our conditions of sale or write us an email at
  info@trecalici.com .

I received a bottle that is damaged or that I don't like: how can I return it and be refunded?
Our courier is very careful to handle the packages sent by Trecalici to its members with care. If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, please contact our customer care immediately at
  info@trecalici.com  and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible. 
In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with the description of the damage by e-mail in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
In case of wine that is not to your liking, read our conditions of sale in the paragraph dedicated to returning the goods.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on your name that you find at the top right of the part dedicated to the header of the site. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you can change what you prefer.

What type of payment method can I use on Trecalici?
You can use Paypal and
  the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay).

Are my details safe when I make a payment?
With Trecalici you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the highest degree of privacy.

What is the CVV code of the credit card?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.

I have a Promo code but I don't know how to use it
By Promo Code
  are meant  discount codes generated by the site or issued by customer service following customer reports; the Promotional Code  it cannot be combined with other codes.
The discount code in your possession must be entered on the "My Cart" page
  (where you have the list of all the bottles). At the bottom just below the summary of the selected bottles,  you can see "enter a promotional code". Clicking it will open the space to insert it. Write your code there and press "Apply" to activate it, when the page is updated you will see the word "Promo Code  "xxxxx",  and the total of the order will be canceled by the value of the Promotional Code  same. At this point you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and the method of payment. I remind you that you can only use one promotional code in each order.

I requested an invoice but I could not find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
The invoice, if requested, will be sent via email and through the SDI code indicated in the order. The time for issuing the invoice can vary from 2 to 3 working days. If you wish to receive a non-fiscal hard copy, you can request it when ordering by clicking on the button
  "add note".

What are the shipping times for my package?
Shipping times are approximately 24/48 h, excluding islands or for foreign shipments, these may be subject to management delays by the courier. Orders can be received until 8.00 in order to ship them the same day.

Can Trecalici ship internationally?
At the moment we are not organized for shipping abroad, if you need a shipment outside Italy please contact us at info@trecalici.com before placing your order.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Certainly. Within your personal panel, in the section
  "Orders"  you can follow the path of your package, from the Trecalici warehouse to your home.

​

How much does it cost to ship a package?
Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €18,50. For orders over €190
 shipping is free.

​

What if my wine tastes like cork?
Even if it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it can happen that your wine tastes of cork. In this case, keep the defective bottle with the contents and write to
 info@trecalici.com,  we will intervene immediately.
Refunds or replacements cannot be made in the absence of the bottle. This replacement or refund guarantee has a duration of 30 days from receipt of the goods, after which it will be impossible for us
 secure the bottles.

Once opened, the bottles sold under the Margin scheme are in no case replaceable.
