TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

Trecalici's orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen.
Free shipping is also provided for orders over a certain spending threshold, based on the destination. Restrictions on the quantity of products that can be purchased may apply.
All delivery information, tax and duty details as well as the shipping destination will be displayed in the cart.
The bottles will be shipped in shockproof packaging and boxes to ensure their safety. All packages are delivered by BRT, GLS, SDA and UPS.
Please note that delivery times are indicative only and are calculated from the day of shipment. Trecalici does not assume responsibility for customs clearance delays, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience.

Taxes

The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order, so no other commission is due upon receipt of the goods. For orders placed within the European Union, Trecalici will be responsible for making the declaration on import and clearance charges. The amount of excise duty paid by Trecalici will be shown as a separate element of the cart and paid at the time of payment.

Sale under the Margin Scheme

Some products for sale on the Trecalici.com site, if specified, are governed by articles 36 and following of Legislative Decree no. 41/1995, sold under the margin regime. These products will have no VAT rate at the time of sale, and the indicated taxable price will be the final one. Furthermore, these products will be subject to the "as seen and liked" clause since they are no longer available directly from the supplier and cannot be replaced with a new similar product. For any clarification, please contact Trecalici before placing your order.

Traceability of the order

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like more information, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. The shipment is made within 2 working days from the date of the order. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its electronic traceability begins and the day of arrival is estimated. You can follow the progress of the delivery by accessing the courier tracking page, via the link that we will send you.
